Job Description :
Role: IBM Tivoli Manager (ITM) Administrator
Work Location: Cranston, RI (USA)
Duration: 6+ Months(Contract)

Job Description:
5+ years of relevant experience in IT Industry in IBM Tivoli Manager
Must have clear understanding and hands on experience of Tivoli Monitoring suite
Must have prior experience on at least one migration project, involved in the technical aspects of migration from any Enterprise Monitoring tool to Tivoli
Have good understanding of migration and should be able to spearhead the migration with minimum or no peer / outside support
Good understanding of IBM Netcool Omnibus and the communication between ITM and Netcool.
Preferable to have experience or understanding of NetIQ AppManager and IBM SSM tool.
Preferably IBM Certified and ITIL Foundation certified
Leadership skills with ability to work in a client facing role as an individual contributor
Identify areas of improvement and formulate improvement plans
Netcool SSM tool experience (System Service Monitors)
