Zendesk Consultant with strong hands on Admin, configuration and integration development work as well as consulting experience.

· As a technical consultant your responsibility will be required to study the current system/process/design flow and document findings and solutions.
· This role will require the ability to suggest, assess the gap and come up with options to improve.
· The individual will have a strong knowledge of design and experience of working in business-critical applications.
· This position requires excellent client services and technical skills.
Job Responsibilities
· Study the CRM system to support various business and technology needs.
· Use technical knowledge to identify areas to improve.
· Provide flexible solutions to complex business problems using our technology practices.
· Maintenance of current custom integrations.
· Changing current custom integrations to Zendesk approved integations.
· Building new integrations between Zendesk and Qualtrics, Sprinklr and Zendesk.
· Monitor, test and implement Triggers, Automation and Workflows.
· Integrate 3rd party applications or the integration of additional systems.
· Support, Implement and/or optimize the following channels: Messaging and Social, Talk and Email, Bots, and automation.
Required Skills
· 12 -15 plus years of Experience in Application Development Project
· 5+ years of Zendesk experience across all channels (Messaging and Social, Talk and Email, Bots and automation)
· Strong understanding of the Zendesk platform, with the ability to build custom apps and custom objects, custom fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexit
· Working knowledge of Developer tools including Creation, CRM apps and APIs is a plus.
