IMS on zOS:Execution of IMS v 4 & 15 system programming, installation of software & applying fixesIMS database design and database alteration and Migration.
Experience in creation of DBDs, PSBs, ACBsDASD/Tape management.
Knowledge of IMS up-gradation / MigrationCapacity Planning.
Experience in Performance Tuning.
Strong Knowledge of IMS Utilities.
Experience in database initialization, forward recovery & building secondary index and pointer checker,checkpoint restart, Fast path, DEDB, etc
Strong Knowledge of Troubleshooting skills on IMS administration.

Strong Knowledge in RDBMS conceptsExperience in IMS software upgrades
Experience in complete system-level backup and recoveryIMSGEN, SYSGEN
Knowledge on IBM IMS utilities like Backup, Reorg, Recovery, Load, Unload, pointer checker, etcCreation of databases/tablespaces/tables/indexes/etc.
