Description Good Workday HCM knowledge and work experience, hands-on configuration experience in the following workday taxonomies: Recruiting and Onboarding configuration. Strong workday reporting knowledge, hands-on experience creating complex reports, calculated fields, and report transformations. Adhere to Client IS and Process norms and support documentation appropriately for the SDLC phases. Experience required 7-11 Years. Complete assigned mandatory training within the provided timelines Ability to analyze and resolve user concerns and educate users on resolutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and client-facing skills Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate it to a technical solution.
