Job Responsibilities:
Experience in Project Management of around 12- 15 years with Implementation, Development and Consolidation experience on HR Domain
Workday Implementation experience is MUST.
Establish yourself as a Domain SME with advanced knowledge of technology solutions to streamline client functions
Lead the effort to accomplish the tasks identified including scheduling and leading project team meetings
Manage the task list, pushing owners to deliver on time and providing status updates to leadership
Work closely with the core team and stakeholders to identify solutions or refine solutions previously identified
Report and communicate project successes, risks, and status to workstream leadership and key stakeholders
Establish relationships with senior leadership as a trusted advisor – excellent verbal and written communication is essential
Ability to introduce innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals
Coordinate with other Project teams to identify dependencies and provide solutions
Should have experience on PMO and Change Management processes, PMP certification is preferred
Should be able to work in Onsite-Offshore model
