Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Payroll and supporting experience in Time & Absence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll configuration, testing, payroll processing support, and integration with Time & Absence, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Workday Payroll (Must-Have)
- Lead Workday Payroll functional configuration including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, retro pay, and year-end processing
- Configure and support Payroll calculations, rules, and business processes
- Handle payroll validation, parallel testing, and production support
- Troubleshoot payroll issues related to calculations, balances, and compliance
- Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- Manage payroll-related EIBs, reports, and calculated fields
- Support integrations with benefits, finance, and third-party payroll vendors (as applicable)
