Role: Workday HRIS Analyst Duration: 3+ months-CTH Location: Boca Raton, FL Onsite in Boca 5x a week – no flex Open to relocating someone if needed / Assist with relocation 3-month C2H or perm Role Details: · Workday SME · HCM core systems – all diff. modules doing config. · Fielding a lot of questions from people to make changes and configs. (business processes) · Reporting · Doesn’t need to be super techy · HRIS Manager within their HR dept, NOT in IT o They have an HR systems manager in IT that handle back-end · · Not super strict with 4 years HCM – could be more, could be less, but needs to be strong Team Structure: · Reporting into director of HRIS with a small team they just created o Manager is very process-driven, very involved The primary function of this position is to support, maintain, and optimize the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position is also responsible for analyzing system processes, functions, business process configurations, and escalated system troubleshooting. The Global HRIS Analyst II will also be responsible for researching and implementing new features & solutions for the HCM system. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities · Manage and optimize HR processes within the HCM system to enhance efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. · Utilize advanced analytics tools to conduct in-depth analysis of HCM data, focusing on deriving actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. · Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand their HCM analytical needs and requirements. · Identify and troubleshoot issues within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including researching and resolving system-related problems, errors, and discrepancies. · Maintain data integrity within the HCM system, including accurate employee records, organizational hierarchies, and other relevant data. · Create test scenarios and perform tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals. · Manage the technical aspects of the global Learning Management System (LMS). · Review data feeds, troubleshoot, and correct any anomalies that may prevent the assignment of new hire training and other downstream processes. · Utilize the LMS to deploy policy acknowledgments and compliance training events for the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and assign the “material” to the target population. Create and distribute reports to ensure completion goals are met. · Partner with Talent Development regarding the company’s compliance process, which involves annual and new hire compliance training. Under the general direction of the Legal Department, specifically the compliance group, coordinate live Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance training events each year. Assign recorded training to team members who failed to attend and follow up with them until 100% completion is achieved. · Working with International Markets, managing FCPA online training completion for vendors. This involves setting up accounts in Workday’s Enterprise Learning, manually assigning the training to vendors, monitoring completion, creating accounts as needed, and setting up and distributing reports. · Create training to support existing system functionality and onboard new HR end-users. · Stay abreast of current HRIS/HCM trends. · May manage programs as assigned. · Other projects and duties as assigned. What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements · Bachelor's Degree in a related field required or the equivalent combination of education or training. · 4+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on Workday is required. Demonstrated experience in core HCM configurations and reporting is a must. · Certified in Workday HCM preferred. · Previous experience supporting users of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system is required. --
