Title: Workday HCM Test Automation Consultant
Location: Remote (CST)
Duration: 6+ months
Implementation Partner: Infosys

JD:

Lead test automation development for Workday HCM using TOSCA and oversee QA processes in the Oracle HCM to Workday HCM transition project.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday HCM Test Automation:

Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and testing strategies specifically for Workday HCM applications.
Manage and optimize test automation frameworks using TOSCA.
Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on Workday HCM functionalities and testing methodologies.
Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for test automation.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in leading test automation and QA projects for HCM systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
Ability to manage complex transition projects involving multiple stakeholders.
