Qualifying Questions:
1. Do you have experience architecting complex solutions for Workday products, specifically HCM?
2. Do you have expert knowledge of Workday product suite and AppExchange products?
3. Do you have a thorough knowledge of Agile development methodologies?
4. Are you well versed with Workday HCM data model and solution architecture?
5. Do you have an understanding of various third party integration methodologies supported by Client?
6. Do you have an excellent understanding of the overall Project Life Cycle (analysis, delivery, testing, quality, deployment, etc?
7. Do you have experience in Workday Implementation and large global rollout and HCM transformation and integration?

Skills:
HRMS-Experience architecting complex solutions for Workday.
Technical Support-Expert knowledge of Workday product suite and AppExchange products
Agile development methodologies-Thorough understanding of Agile development methodologies

Requirements:
This is a Senior Workday HCM Solution Architect/Consultant role. You will assist the client in all phases of the project life cycle in identifying and building Workday HCM solutions, using best practices to address and resolve current challenges as well as rolling out new desired functionality.

Deliverables:
Process Flows
Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility.
Participate in data conversion and data maintenance.
Provide best practice and industry specific solutions.
Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions.
Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
Participate as a team member of the functional team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
