Title:   Workday HCM Reports Developer [XTG_10323_76589] 

Location:   Atlanta, GA (Remote until Covid 19)

Type:   6+ Months Contract




  • The Workday HCM Reports Developer will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics to maintain and develop Workday reports.
  • The ideal candidate for this role is someone with exceptional analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of all HR functions and a deep understanding of the HR digital ecosystem.
  • The Contractor will run HR as a business with operational reporting that provides intelligence on: employee demographics, workforce planning, headcount budgeting, employee talent management, compensation, benefits, and payroll analysis.
  • Running HR as a business includes monitoring the HR Service Delivery model (processes, data, and technology) to ensure that the things we do every day work in an optimal fashion.
  • Constant measuring and continuous process improvement are critical to the HR Target Operating Model.



  • Oversee Position Management process in coordination with Finance partners
  • Maintain HR Workday Dashboards (headcount, demographics, recruiting, data audits, positions, talent, and comp)
  • Drive MSS and use of new dashboards (Comp Expense, Headcount, etc.)
  • Manage BAU data and reporting requests
  • Maintain data audit reports and coordinate with HR on continuous process improvement
  • Generate ad-hoc report requests outside HR for (Legal, Regulatory, FP&A, HR, IT)
  • Deliver standard scheduled reports
  • Manage and maintain Anaplan headcount planning in partnership with FP&A
  • Maintain WD business unit setup
