Role: –Workday Consultant
Bill Rate: $82/hour C2C
Location: Dallas,TX
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Zoom
Direct Client Requirement

Workday Consultant / AI Platform Architect
Spearhead strategic design and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the Workday ecosystem
Design and maintain a strategic roadmap for AI adoption within the Workday ecosystem
Ensure AI initiatives align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with Workday product team and stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to identify AI integration opportunities
815 years of experience in Workday consulting
Partner with Workday teams to explore and evaluate AI capabilities and integration opportunities
Identify use cases where AI can enhance Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, and Talent Management
Work with Customer IT Director to fine-tune AI use case implementation
Collaborate with Customer Business Directors to derive AI implementation use cases for their respective areas within Workday
Developed AI implementation and adoption roadmaps for at least two global customers
Led at least two large, full life cycle Workday implementations
Experience with Workday Illuminate
Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
46 years of consulting experience, ideally with a large consulting firm
Leading technical discussions with customers
Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint
Provide project reporting and updates to stakeholders
Demonstrate fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Exhibit strong team leadership and collaboration skills
