Job Description:
Our Client is looking Windchill Administrator who will work within a PLM solutions team and take care of the setup, configuration and maintenance tasks for a new implementation of PTC Windchill for an aerospace and defense specialty products division. In addition, the administrator will providing mentoring and user help during rollout and adoption. Configuration changes and system upgrades will also need to be performed. Subsequent phases of implementation will include exploring additional PLM capabilities within Windchill as well as integrations with other applications and technologies including the ThingWorx platform.
Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain Windchill PDMLink in a FedRamp medium cloud environment including patches and system upgrades
* Assist local IT in the installation and configuration of Windchill Workgroup Manager client software Provide tier 1/2 technical support to site users
* Required qualifications to be successful in this role
* Prior experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windchill 10.0 or higher
* Awareness of engineering design configuration and change management processes

* Windchill System Administration 3 yr High
* Windchill Business Administration 3 yr Medium
* CAD - Solidworks or Creo 1 yr Medium

* Ability to work independently and meet project time lines
* Adept identifying, troubleshooting and resolving user and system issues
* Helpful attitude when training, mentoring and helping users
