Qualifications:
Notes: Need Wifi not wireless engineer, RF ,Ekahau, Aruba skills needed.
-Understanding of Wi-fi design and 802.11WLAN systems.
-Apply knowledge of radio frequency (RF)and wireless local area network (WLAN) theory and industry best practices to design end-to-end solutions based on client requirements.
-Exhibit knowledge of Wi-Fi fundamentals, security, site surveying, installation and deployment considerations, and troubleshooting.
-Extensive Site Survey (Ekahau)
-Prior experience performing Site Surveys
-Need experience who did: physical walks using Ekahau.
-Specifically using AP on a Stick.
-Understanding of Wifi design, or any methodology for wifi designing.
-Using the Ekahau side kick to measure wall signal loss
-Verify map scale on Ekahau by measuring rooms
-Verify Shelving location to add on Ekahau
-Fix wall locations, add or delete walls throughout the facility
-Perform both Predictive verification and Passive survey on Ekahau
-Verify AP height and location
-Experience creating Heat Maps and predictive surveys
-Configure the Aruba controllers and AP''s (nice to have)
