Responsibilities	• Collaborate with stakeholders to define web analytics measurement strategy, KPIs and metrics for reporting needs • Ensure the analytics solutions meets business requirements, Report issues with Analytics implementation and Coordinate with respective teams for any required updates/fixes • Deliver actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experience • Generate reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data • Collaborate with requesters/stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, refine/clarify as needed • Hands-on Experience with strong knowledge using A e Analytics Suite • Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint • Good to have experience in SQL and PowerBI • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
