Job Description :
The Web Developer supports the development and administration of web-based program monitoring and reporting system, public website, and content management system for a federal government agency.



Primary Duty: Support requirements gathering activities for Web sites. Aid development of site concept, interface design, and architecture of websites. Provide support to implement interfaces to applications and in upgrading, maintaining, and creating content for government website under the guidance of the government. Provide support in developing the site concept, interface design, and architecture and user experience of the website. Provide support to develop a web-based data collection system that will securely collect and store survey data. Analyze government requirements for new system functions and features to plan, design, develop, and implement such functions. Document new system functions, features, and enhancements. Draft, revise, and finalize the website plan.

Secondary Duty: Other responsibilities include assisting the CFP team with data entry functions, customer service operations, and special projects, as required.



Required Skills
Experience coding, testing, and deploying software into a structured IT development, staging, and production environment. Knowledge and experience using:

Java, HTML5, AngularJS/JavaScript/JQuery, CSS3, Hibernate/SQL, or equivalent
· HTML, XML, CSV, and XLS outputs
· DBMS (ex. - Oracle, Sybase, Access, etc and knowledge of SQL in SQL server management studio (Database language and database Development Environment)

ASP.NET MVC - Design Pattern

C# - Language and visual studio – software Development Environment



Active TS/SCI required.

Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
