We are seeking an experienced Web Application Development Lead Specialist Engineer to design, build, and manage large-scale web applications. This role involves leading development teams, architecting modern web solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, DevOps, QA, and product management. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in full-stack web development and hands-on leadership experience within enterprise environments.

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.

• Provide technical direction and oversight to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Oversee code quality, establish development best practices, and conduct code reviews.

• Ensure web applications meet performance, security, and reliability standards.

• Integrate backend services, APIs, and cloud platforms into web solutions.

• Drive modernization initiatives, including migration to modern frameworks and cloud-native solutions.

• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ongoing application support.

• Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD implementations and automated testing pipelines.

• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 12+ years of professional experience in web application development with at least 3+ years leading engineering teams.

• Strong expertise in full-stack development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Advanced hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.

• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Experience building cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

• Knowledge of application security, scalability, caching, and performance optimization.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Exposure to serverless technologies (Lambda, Cloud Functions).

• Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration and accessibility standards.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• Background working in large enterprise environments with complex integration needs.
