Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.

Oversee code quality, establish development best practices, and conduct code reviews.

Ensure web applications meet performance, security, and reliability standards.

Integrate backend services, APIs, and cloud platforms into web solutions.

Drive modernization initiatives, including migration to modern frameworks and cloud-native solutions.

Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ongoing application support.

Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD implementations and automated testing pipelines.

Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of professional experience in web application development with at least 3+ years leading engineering teams.

Strong expertise in full-stack development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Advanced hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.

Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Experience building cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
