Job Description :

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

5.1.        Five years of direct experience developing web-based applications in Microsoft VB.Net (ASP, Net) environment using code first and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology.

5.2.        Five years of experience in web application server system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

5.3.        Five years of experience with object-oriented development techniques and Microsoft. Net, Model view- controller (MVC), NuGet, Git and Entity Framework.

5.4.        Five years of experience with Crystal reports to meet user-defined requirements.

5.5.        Five years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.

5.6.        Five years of experience with source control system such as Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server.

5.7.        Five years of experience with software build and release management methodologies.

5.8.        Two years of experience with development of Web Application program interfaces (API) or Web Services to implement real time interfaces.

5.9.        One year of experience in healthcare Information Technology domain using Agile Scrum framework.

5.10.      One year of experience using the CARE Ware application.

 

6.  CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

6.1.        SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

6.1.1      Develop and deliver code to perform system functions as defined in use requirements daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.2      Test application code daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.3      Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.4      Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.5      Produce work estimates to implement user-defined requirements and system changes assigned by the Department.

6.1.6      Design, develop, and code based on business requirements for the Division of Disease Control and Health Protection (DCHP) Master Person Index project as part of the overall strategic effort for integration and interoperability of its systems and software daily as directed by the Department. Collaborate with DCHP information technology teams as requested by the Department.

6.1.7      Work with Division resources to standardize collection and storage of DCHP shard data daily as directed by the Department.

6.1.8      Design model objects (tables, views, indexes) daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.9      Develop ad-hoc queries on MSSQL Databases daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.10    Develop new DB objects in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) in support of programming daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.11    Manage production promotion for ad-hoc SQL daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.12    Add and update tasks to Product Backlog items and complete tasks daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.13    Process change tickets to implement system changes daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.14    Provide change management in a code promotion role in partnership with development team daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.15    Provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined requirements daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.16    Participate in backlog grooming, spring planning, retrospective and review meetings as assigned by the Department.

6.1.17    Develop and document code per Division development standards daily as assigned by the Department.

6.1.18    Assist with COVID-19. Contractor will be available to provide support off hours, holidays, and weekends as needed by the Department.
