Wealth Management Incident Management Lead: Incident Manager with ITIL skills Coordinate with business for resolving technical issues not restricted to device /laptop, OS upgrade issues, network connectivity, process management etc. Work with multiple technology teams, IT Operations for resolution of incidents Ability to analyze issues/tickets and propose resolution, ultimately driving them to closure Propose service and process improvement IT Infrastructure operations experience end user devices, OS, networking etc. Escalation point for business Excellent communication skills Problem management and solutioning expertise
