Drive end-to-end product ownership, ensuring continuous inspection of product health and delivering actionable insights.

Proven experience with ServiceNow SOM implementations (Sales Automation or CPQ focus).

Strong knowledge of CPQ, CRM, and related third-party integrations.

ServiceNow SOM certification and formal training required.
