Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale technical and data-centric projects in an Agile environment. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the Bank’s technology and data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex data projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to drive transformation initiatives across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scoping, design, delivery, and post-implementation review.
- Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across lines of business to align project goals and execution.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and performance indicators to ensure successful delivery and strategic alignment.
- Drive process improvements and organizational transformation initiatives beyond the scope of individual projects.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Provide status reports and ensure transparency on project progress, risks, and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Agile environments.
- Proven success managing technical and data-focused projects such as:
- Enterprise Data Platforms
- Data Governance & Integration
- Data Ingestion & Consumption
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Data Warehousing & Lakes
- Data Analytics & Visualization
- Data Lineage & Movement Controls
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
