Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong infrastructure experience and a hands-on approach to maintaining and optimizing our systems. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, technically proficient, and collaborative, with a passion for infrastructure engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure policies, standards, and procedures.
- Track, evaluate, and optimize infrastructure performance and efficiency.
- Oversee facilities and systems to ensure operational excellence and productivity.
- Recommend and implement infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage infrastructure-related software, hardware, and networks across the organization.
- Lead technical project execution including planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, and administrative teams for project coordination and reporting.
- Define and implement IT infrastructure architecture and technical standards.
- Conduct research and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
- Build and maintain tools for infrastructure monitoring, reporting, and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in the following:
- DNS
- Load Balancing
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD Pipelines
- RESTful Web Services
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure engineering principles and best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Familiarity with project and contract management methodologies.
