Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead with React experience to lead the migration of legacy applications from Angular to ReactJS and .NET Framework to .NET Core. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and help shape the future of critical web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migration & Design: Lead the migration of web applications from legacy .NET Framework to .NET Core and from Angular to ReactJS.
- Database Migrations: Oversee the migration of MSSQL databases, including schema, data, and SSIS packages.
- Development Tools: Utilize migration and Generative AI tools to assist in development activities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5 offshore developers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements and objectives.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring high application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 9+ years of full-stack development experience, with significant exposure to .NET, ReactJS, and Angular.
- Migration Expertise: Proven experience in migrating Angular to ReactJS and .NET Framework to .NET Core.
- Database Skills: Strong hands-on experience with MSSQL on AWS RDS and EC2/EKS.
- API Development: Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS services, including RDS, EC2/EKS.
- Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing abilities and strong communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Additional Preferences:
- Microservices knowledge is a plus.
- Angular experience alongside ReactJS is highly desired.
