Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Front End Tech Lead to join our dynamic Scrum Team. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge JavaScript SDKs, integrate and govern data layers, and build React-based components. This is a contract position offering competitive pay and an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain JavaScript SDKs for data capture, personalization triggers, and experimentation.
- Design and enforce schema governance for data layer integration and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Decision Engine (EDE) teams to expose decision-making surfaces.
- Create React-based Helix components, wired to real-time context and profile states.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for front-end development, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in front-end development and technology leadership.
- Languages/Technologies:
- Proficiency in JavaScript (React, SDKs, data layer integration).
- Strong knowledge of React and component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Decision Engines (EDE) and data compliance standards.
- Communication: Professional working proficiency in English.
