Job Title : Epic Orders Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Analyst to support and enhance the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across State Operated Healthcare Facilities. This role encompasses system build, maintenance, workflow integration, and ongoing operational support to improve clinical documentation processes.

Epic Clin Doc Certification is REQUIRED
Epic Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) certifications are strongly preferred
Only Epic-certified candidates will be considered

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive application support, build, and configuration for Epic Clin Doc across nursing, therapy disciplines (PT/OT/SLP/Rehab), behavioral health, and long-term care workflows.

  • Partner with clinical teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and implement configuration updates.

  • Execute system testing and validation for enhancements, version upgrades, and go-live activities.

  • Assist in end-user education and provide at-the-elbow support for clinical documentation users.

  • Research and resolve technical issues submitted via ServiceNow; escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state-level documentation standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams (Orders, HIM, Identity, etc.) to ensure integrated workflows.
