Role Overview
We are seeking a VMS Recruiter to execute high-volume recruiting through client Vendor Management Systems (VMS). This role requires someone who works independently, with urgency, and with accuracy. You will source, submit, and track candidates while following established processes in Greenhouse and issuing agreements through DocuSign.
This is a fast-turnaround, execution-focused role ? ideal for someone who thrives on speed and results, not consensus-building or long strategy cycles.

Key Responsibilities
? Manage requisitions from multiple client VMS platforms.
? Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates with urgency.
? Accurately maintain candidate and requisition data in Greenhouse ATS.
? Execute candidate agreements through DocuSign using established templates.
? Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
? Recruit across diverse technical domains: IT, engineering, AI, aerospace, scientific.
? Proactively monitor submittal pipelines and follow up on client/candidate activity.
? Consistently meet or exceed submittal and placement metrics.

? Independent Executor: Works well unsupervised and owns their outcomes.
? Fast-Paced: Comfortable in a high-volume, competitive recruiting environment.
? Process-Focused: Follows defined steps in Greenhouse, DocuSign, and VMS platforms with precision.
? Detail-Oriented: Balances speed with accuracy to avoid costly errors.
? Adaptable: Can shift quickly across technical domains and changing client needs.
? Results-Driven: Motivated by measurable performance (submittals, placements, turnaround time).

Requirements
? 2+ years of VMS or high-volume recruiting experience (tech/engineering/scientific preferred).
? ATS experience (Greenhouse strongly preferred).
? Experience issuing and tracking agreements through DocuSign or similar tools.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
? Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
? Cognitive ability in the target range (PI Learning Indicator 250?350) to handle fast, detail-heavy workflows.
