Job Description:
Livestreaming
Work with Real Estate during live events to help setup, host, produce, run and monitor the events. We use a combo of Haivision, Microsoft Stream and Webex
Manage, Configure, support, Update and troubleshoot Haivision Media platform, Haivision Media gateways, Haivision Makito-X encoders and Hiavision SRT Hub
Manage, Configure, support and troubleshoot Microsoft Stream
Work with various admins in the company to supply them URL's for live events
Work with presenters to discuss and test the flow of live events (presenters on site, remote, combo)
Work and support Corporate Communications team with messaging that goes out to the company, uploading and editing videos, providing URL's for recordings of live events and other VOD's in the user portal and on Insite
Work with HPHC in preparation for Newco merger and Canton move.
Webex
Work with IS Security Desktop Engineering and ISCSC to support and troubleshoot Webex (Meetings, Training, Events)
Work with Real Estate and the remote presenters that are presenting in a livestream event
Support and troubleshoot for Trainers using Webex Training
Support, troubleshoot, host and monitor Webex Events held by SMG's
Admin role in Webex to backup IS Security when needed
Work with QA department on various Webex documentation and training materials
Conference Rooms
Manage, Configure, support, update and troubleshoot issues with 13 Polycom Group 500 video conferencing endpoints. (RealConnect to be added soon)
Manage, Configure, support, update and troubleshoot issues with Teams room devices (Coming soon… Crestron Flex Mercury X, Lenovo huddle room devices and Microsoft Surface Hub 2S)
Work with SMG's and Corporate admins to assist in various video conference calls
Work with Real Estate on new conference room builds and configurations.
Work with HPHC in preparation for Newco merger and Canton move
