Job-Title: VeevaCRM ConsultantLocation: PA (Remote)Mandatory: 5+ years of Veeva CRMKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject matter expert supporting Medical AffairsCollaborate with the business team, and vendors to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions that meet the business needsOwn and advise on business processes, systems, and documentationShould understand the integrations well and work with the support teams for any issues.Supports the team in developing best practices, documentation templates and workflows to optimize delivery Required SkillsExperience in Life Science or Pharma DomainKnowledge/hands-on experience with IRMS for medical inquiry intake and fulfillment; else, knowledge of similar Medical Information systemVery strong communication skills with the ability to drive and collaborate with stakeholders.Good understanding of applications used in the business areas such as Salesforce and Veeva including VaultAbility to proactively plan, organize, deliver with limited oversight, prioritize, and quickly adapt to changing situationsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independentlyDesired Skills:GxP validation and compliance experience is a plus
