Veeva Vault SME Location : NJ/PA Required Technologies Exposure to Technologies Veeva Vault Promomats Veeva Vault QualityDocs Veeva Vault Administration Domain/Process Submissions Veeva Platform Support (L2) experience Knowledge in Life science domain and GxP principles. Technical Expectations in Veeva: Knowledge of Veeva Vault configuration. Knowledge of Vault API, Vault loader and VQL Knowledge of Web Service. Configuration, troubleshooting and modification of lifecycle. Configuration, troubleshooting and modification of workflow. Creation and modification of Vault Tab and page layout. Migration of Vault document, object and configuration. Creation of new document type tree. Vault object and object record creation. Creation of Dynamic Access Control record. Creation of customized report as per business requirement. Management of high priority requests and application downtime (planned & unplanned Management of several bulk requests using Vault API and Vault loader. Analysis, Implementation and documentation of change and service requests. Preparation and update of SOP, KA etc. Customer communication as and when needed. Job Description: Detailed overview of functional and technical role expectations Responsibilities Provide Vault Subject Matter Expertise in recommending enhancements in technical function/business utility Configuration of users and groups, document types, properties, lifecycles and workflows, picklists, notifications, and security Bulk import/export of content and data Analysis and deployment of new product features Perform change management activities Creation and Maintenance of system documentation and validation 1deliverables Relevant Role Expectations Direct hands-on experience supporting Veeva Vault as developer or consultant Working knowledge of Veeva Vault applications: Submissions, Veeva Platform Understanding of Veeva Vault fundamentals, APIs and integrations Database and computer networking knowledge Experience working closely with Business Partners in solving issues and communicating resolutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to customers Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients Preferred Skills Plus Preferred Skills: Veeva Vault Administrator certification Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies Familiarity with 21CFR Part 11, regulatory compliance and validation standards
