• Work with lead UX designers to help to strategize and execute the product vision by being heavily involved in the end-to-end product design process
 • Craft intuitive and elegant experiences that empower our clients to make confident financial decisions
 • Surface the underlying needs and motivations of our clients to ensure we achieve business goals and provide value to our clients
 • Practice inclusive design; designing for equity and accessibility (ensuring WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliance)
 • Work closely with our research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions that translate into clear, simple UIs
 • Create and present a variety of design deliverables (sketches, wireframes, user flows and prototypes) in a way that engenders confidence in you and your solutions with the team and the greater organization
 • Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces and partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
 • Design holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into our wealth management product ecosystem
 • Work closely with the larger Wealth Management UX team to share design best practices, align on patterns, and promote a design-centric culture at the firm
  
 Relevant experience and mindset
 • You have 3+ years’ experience as a key member of a design team
 • You have delivered UX for multiple shipped digital products from research and concept design, to detailed design in an agile process
 • Experience working in financial services or comparable industries; designing digital products that help to clarity complex data for our clients
 • You thrive in a collaborative, explorative environment and value being on a diverse team that you can bounce ideas with, get critical feedback from and unite with to mature design thinking within a large organization
 • You get excited by complex projects with lots of ambiguity and you are resilient in the face of obstacles
 • You have a relentless desire to validate assumptions and uncover a problem’s root cause by testing, learning and iterating
 • You have a knack for balancing user goals, technology needs and business objectives and can confidently articulate the rationale for your designs
 • You constantly seek opportunities to evangelize and promote design thinking in a large organization
 • Your portfolio should have examples of how you have design solutions that solved business and user needs
