Job Description:
Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze findings to inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or A e XD.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the Copilot product.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and business objectives.
Accessibility: Advocate for accessibility best practices and ensure that designs are inclusive and usable for all users.
