Job Description :
  • 6+ months of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of Copywriting and Editing experience
  • 1-2 years of digital publishing experience 
  • 2-4 years Editing and Proofreading experience 
  • 6 months or more of ServiceNOW use   

 

Day to Day

  • Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in experience design.
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to client personnel in experience design.
