Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Design Lead Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design strategy for digital products, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into user-centered design solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX design, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and experience leading design teams on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the design of user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile applications.

  • Develop UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to inform design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

  • Advocate for the user, ensuring all design solutions are intuitive, accessible, and inclusive.

  • Mentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and promoting best practices.

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX design tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in UX design, with at least 3 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design expertise, problem-solving skills, and design thinking.

  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, A e XD, or similar.

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.

  • Experience conducting user research, creating personas, journey maps, and usability testing.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
