Pay Range: $80- $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technical oversight to a small team of Frontend developers implementing compelling & responsive user-interfaces for our cloud-based, desktop and mobile applications.
- Create and establish development policies and systems to support efficient team execution, adhering to global regulatory compliance.
- Guide team in collaboration with designers and stakeholders on requirements and design to ensure expectations are met.
- Design and code UI consistent with up-to-date design patterns meeting today’s security and regulatory standards.
- Deliver high quality and timely results to meet the business needs.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Proven experience as a Manager focused on Frontend Software or similar software leadership role. Medical device or other regulated application space experience is helpful.
- Experience leading customer facing, cloud-based software projects including defining, planning, and executing to predictable schedules and required quality.
- Experience translating visual and interactive designs from tools such as Sketch and Zeplin, Axure or other design frameworks into a customer focused frontend implementation.
- Success in bringing timely, highly usable, and robust products to market that maximize efficiency and effectiveness of clinical decision making and delight end users.
- Experience with software configuration management and issue tracking systems such as Azure DevOps.
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
