Pay Range: $22 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Infrastructure cable management & Cabling Inventory Tracking (Infrastructure installation, planning, & infrastructure design)
- Includes Cabling Level 1 activities included in this SOW.
- Cable Engineering
- Participate in the design and engineering of cable infrastructure, and cabling component related material.
- Cable Installation and Planning
- Assist with planning of data center layout, cable plant and tray systems.
- Physical installation and removal of structured cabling, and cabling components, pathway systems, and related material.
- Perform fusion splicing, cable build, and network connection/punch down, tipping/re-tipping.
- Manage capacity levels for structured cabling, ports, racks.
- Validation of cable material BOMs
- Review and validate all cable material BOMs to ensure compliance.
