Job Description
Experience in RPA demand management and development lifecycle
Experience in managing Business Operations and IT Stakeholders
Mange on-site and off-shore delivery teams
Facilitate meetings on Bot requirements & create features & backlog
Manage all scrum ceremonies and meet release objectives
Proactively lead and facilitate all impediments resolutions to ensure team velocity
Publish weekly reports and monthly score cards about the engagement
Document lessons learned and lead continuous improvement efforts
Bachelors or higher education degree with overall 8+ years of experience
Experience with Digital/Lead Transformations and Program Management
Experience in Solution design and implementation
Experience in managing Scrum teams using Versionone/Jira
Requires a high level of judgment to make appropriate decisions for diverse and undefined issues
The ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of quantitative, consultative, and facilitative skills
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Blue Prism Advance Certification
Scrum Certification
3yrs of Automation experience
Agile methodology experience
