Required Skills:
need an Oracle DBA with systems experience as we have a project that involves building our new a couple new servers with Oracle RAC clusters and then a backup server. Basically a test and prod setup. The person would need to be certified and able to install Oracle and configure the cluster. Then another team will take over after we are completed with the build and import databases and what not. We will remain 2 weeks for hypercare in case there are build issues.
