Job Title : Odoo ERP Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant to support the ongoing Odoo v14 to v17 upgrade and optimize the system for business operations. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless process integration, module enhancement, and user support. The ideal candidate must have strong functional experience in Odoo ERP, business process analysis, and module configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Odoo ERP v14 to v17 migration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements across GL, Billing, AR/AP, Purchasing, and E-commerce.
- Configure and optimize Odoo modules, including:
- Sales, Invoicing, Website, E-commerce, Accounting, Inventory, Purchasing, Expenses, Appointment Scheduling, FedEx Integration.
- Provide support and guidance for StockIQ (inventory management), ADP (payroll), and Avalara (sales tax/sales returns) integrations.
- Work closely with the IT team and vendors for customization and report generation.
- Assist in UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support for Odoo v17.
- Conduct functional training sessions and create documentation for best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and workflow issues.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as an Odoo ERP Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo v14 and v17 upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of GL, AR/AP, Billing, and E-commerce workflows in Odoo.
- Experience working with StockIQ, ADP, and Avalara integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure-hosted Odoo environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Odoo certification is a plus.
