Job Description:
· 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing cloud
· Experience in requirement gathering on Email studio, journey builder, automation studio, contact builder and data architecture
· Understanding of cloud pages, Amp scripting, SSJS and SQL
· Understanding of end-to-end implementation across Salesforce Marketing
· Experience in Agile process and managing sprints
· Experience in Salesforce CRM would be added advantage
· Experience in other salesforce platforms would be added advantage
· Certified Email specialist, Admin or consultant is a must
· Understanding of digital marketing space
· Demonstrated experience working with multiple Clients (India and global) and in complex, multi-location projects with multiple stakeholders.
· Ability to own and manage business & system requirements for projects and adept in process mapping, user stories, UML diagrams, interface documentation and traceability matrix and process change management
