Job Description :
Role: RPA Consultant
Location: Remote or Minneapolis, MN
USC or Permanent Resident, strongly preferred
JD:
10+ years experience in BFS and IT project delivery and successful delivery of large-scale, global projects
10+ years as a Business Analyst with abilities to take ownership of the analysis task and work with a fair degree of independence
Experience in end-to-end process assessments
Experience in Robotic Process automation assessments and implementation is mandatory
Experience in creating Process Definition Documents (PDD) is mandatory
Experienced in creating Process Flows/Process Maps
Working experience as Scrum master is a must
Working experience as a Program Manager/Project Manager will be an advantage
Good understanding of the whole SDLC; experience in Agile methodologies will be needed
Strong verbal, written communication and stakeholder management skills is must
