We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead cross-functional projects and support strategic initiatives. This hybrid role is responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, while also gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management

Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

Manage project resources, risks, and issues; escalate as needed.

Prepare status reports and deliver executive-level updates.

Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Business Analysis

Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.

Create workflow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.

Collaborate with developers, QA, and end users to ensure successful solution delivery.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training initiatives.
