Job Description
Ability to lead team in what projects are a priority and how long the projects will take from start to finish. Experience in Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain and Quality. Hybrid position report to office 2 times per week and addition another day once per month.
Responsible for working with Agile Product Managers and other stakeholders to define stories and prioritize the Team Backlog for a product (or products); streamlines the execution of program priorities in support of business agility and product market trends; maintains the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team; maximizes the value of the product resulting from the work in the product/agile team.
Key Responsibilities:
Owns 1-2 products with business knowledge for supporting short and long-term business priorities using Lean Agile
Thinking and representing the voice of the customer; acts as an entrepreneur for owned product/s.
Understands or defines the archetypical users of owned product/s; articulates and prioritizes personas and their problems so that appropriate products or solutions can be built.
Seeks out and interviews customers for user experience feedback and new market trends; Illustrates market problems in a story that puts the problems in context.
Collaborates with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist decisions and sequencing of technology enablers.
Heavily involved in program backlog refinement, preparation for Program Increment Planning, and participation in planning events, accountable for effective product backlog management.
Contributes to team backlog with prioritized stories and implementation; supports the flow of just in-time story elaboration with story detail and priorities in Iteration Planning; helps establish story acceptance criteria; accepts user stories, including validation the story meets acceptance criteria, has appropriate acceptance tests, and complies with the Definition of Done (DoD).
Participates in Iteration Retrospective and the Inspect & Adapt workshop.
Understands and works in line with the organization’s mission, operations, structure, and goals; understands informal structures and processes of the organization; understands organization-level implications of his or her day-to-day decisions.
