Role: Performance Tester/Engineer
Location: Texas/California (Remote till Covid-19)
Role & Responsibilities
§ Participate in business process sessions to ensure critical processes and requirements are captured and tested
§ Identify Performance Testing requirements via NFR and business reviews
§ Develop Performance test plans to meet customers' needs
§ Create performance scripts/scenarios and executes performance testing against the plan
§ Execute performance tests and document all results
§ Identify and record all performance gaps or deviations from SLAs
- Make recommendations for system changes when needed
- Suggests improvements in service delivery processes and techniques and prepares weekly status reports on all project activities
- Assist in the estimation process as required
Required Skills:
- Highly skilled on performance test tools- Micro Focus Load Runner
- Ability to analyze performance results
- Familiar with and able to script in Citrix Protocol
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
