Detailed Job Description
1. OIM support Engineer to be part of Product Support team working on ServiceNow tickets to maintain SLTs with other team members.
2. Maintain the current production environment and proactively monitor the KPIs.
3. Be part of on call rotation roaster and continuously monitor and ensure compliance of provisioning workflows
