At least 8+ years of experience in non-functional requirements.
Working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution
Strong experience with performance testing tools like jmeter, HP LoadRunner, HP Performance Center, etc
Expertize in developing Work Load Patterns, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them
Well versed in PE practices such as AWR report analysis, Identify Bottlenecks by analyzing various server reports and Logs, GC analysis, optimum Infrastructure etc
