Role: MES Recipe Designer.
Exp: 5+ Years.
Location: Morgantown - WV.
Mandatory Skills:
Knowledge of Rockwell FTPS MES V8.1 onwards.
Hands on Recipe and Workflow Authoring (W&D, Mfg., Packaging (full eBR
Knowledge of MES Integration with SAP, LIMS and Historian/ equipment.
Knowledge of setting master data for FTPS Data Manager.
Knowledge of execution of the Recipes.
Job Roles/Responsibilities:
Create Business process flow diagram for W&D, Solid Bulk Mfg. processes, Packaging for Chemical Synthesis Mfg.
Master recipe authoring /configuring in Rockwell FTPS following S88 standards.
Create equipment Status diagram.
Develop validation test cases and perform testing (IQ, OQ, PQ
Interface testing between MES and SAP, LIMS, Historian / Equipment’s like Weighing Scales, Barcode Scanners, Terminals.
Test, validate and demonstrate Master Recipes.
Prepare Training material.
Train site users/Business SMEs.
