Build out databases in the new environment
Data Migration testing

Eliminate file system dependency - (External table and others)
We need to work with James and Rob on this effort

Object Permissions and Database Security
Partition strategy
Partition exchange strategy
Re-partition from List to List-Range

Exadata specific tuning
Exadata specific features – example: Hybrid Columnar Compression etc.
Index strategy in Exadata
Non-RAC to RAC related tuning

Oracle Upgrade related to tuning
Optimizer changes between 12.1 to 19c
Migration strategy to minimize the downtime

Data purging strategy – automate data purging
Tune Degree of parallelism
DW go-live related activities and migration
Post-go-live and stabilization
Build-out DR environment and perform a DR test
