Key skills required –
Looking for an Enterprise architect to perform the assessment of current business processes, enterprise applications and create a to-be technology roadmap. The candidate must have familiarity with IT systems used across the value chain (Sales/marketing, Engineering, Quality, manufacturing, Supply chain, Services) for a typical Medical device manufacturer.
- Experience in Lifesciences, CPG, Discreet Manufacturing domains.
- Expertise in Business Process Analysis by using standards like APQC.
- Expertise in creating process maps, project plans and technical roadmaps.
- Experience in running workshops with business users to ideate/design current and future process.
- Lead discussions with IT leadership and Business sponsor to develop functional roadmaps based on industry best practices.
- Experience in working with Enterprise apps like PLM and ERP and exposure to cloud technologies.
- Work with software vendor technical experts develop technical roadmaps.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
