Job Description:
Ideal candidate should have?a BA/BS degree or commensurate experience. 1+ years of experience working in complex, regulated industries, or a combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. B2C experience in digital is preferred in combination with communications or a marketing background.
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including AMPscript), Content Builder, and data management. General developer language knowledge, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

Role & Expectations:
Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day development of email campaigns and SMS executions. Participating in discovery sessions and lending knowledge and experience to help solution campaign executions. Primary duties include developing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, with some support of the Classic environment). Must have experience leveraging AMPscript, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder to execute campaigns. The candidate will also have the ability to manage multiple projects in different phases at once.

Primary duties to include; but are not limited to:
• Developing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Experience in SFMC or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Ability to design and build automations in SFMC; i.e. writing one automation that deploys an email, segments data, writes to data extensions, joins data views, data extractions and file transfers.
• General developer language knowledge, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Good delegation and interdepartmental negotiation skills.
• Confidence and willingness to help solution campaign execution, including identifying “what’s possible” and how to simplify the process where possible.
• Acts as a client support advocate, assists PM to meet defined SLAs, and supports defined priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
