1. Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for new projects or system enhancements.
2. Analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
4. Creating clear and concise documentation, such as business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows, to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
5. Identifying gaps between current and desired business processes and proposing solutions to address those gaps.
6. Collaborating with technical teams to design and validate solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational strategies.
7. Participating in testing activities to ensure that the implemented solution meets the defined requirements and resolves identified issues.
8. Assisting in the planning and execution of change management activities, such as training, communication, and user adoption strategies, to facilitate smooth transitions.
9. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommending further enhancements or optimizations.
10. Assessing the potential impact of proposed changes on business operations, resources, and stakeholders, and providing recommendations to mitigate risks.
