The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring system stability under load conditions. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and hands-on experience with advanced testing tools and strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop advanced performance test scripts using VUGen 12+, HTTP/HTML, MQ, Java, and TruClient protocols. Design comprehensive load test strategies, scenarios, and execution plans aligned with business requirements. Execute load tests, monitor system behavior, and validate performance against target goals. Analyze system and application metrics using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWR reports to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights. Lead triage efforts with ownership, clear communication, and structured problem-solving. Perform code reviews and architectural assessments across .NET, Java/JEE, and integration patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination across APAC and EMEA regions. Provide detailed reporting, documentation, and recommendations to enhance system performance. Apply expertise in enterprise software architecture and monitoring tools to proactively resolve performance issues. Must-Have Skills: VUGen 12 or later advanced scripting beyond basic record and playback HTTP/HTML, MQ, Java, TruClient protocol scripting (mandatory) Performance test strategy, load scenario design, and execution Splunk expertise for deep performance analysis Monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, AWR reports Strong understanding of software development, architectural patterns, and integration Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise Excellent verbal and written communication Flexibility to work across time zones (APAC and EMEA support) Banking domain experience compulsory
